Trump better than opponents

Re Al Lauer's Archie Bunker letter Friday:

Sorry, sir, but this country doesn't have the luxury of sitting back and crossing our fingers until the ideal leader comes along. I am presently a Trump fan. He may not be the perfect candidate, but look where the traditional politicians have gotten us in the last seven years, led by an incompetent, feckless, dictatorial executive.

Foreign policy and respect: failure; economy: failure; illegal immigration: failure; race relations; failure; security from foreign terror: failure. The wolves are at our door, and Congress is deadlocked, political correctness rules while the President diddles, or actively works against the will of the people.

Now we'll see where the presidential campaigns go over the next 11 months. If a superhero of some sort evolves, great, but I'm not holding my breath. Bleak is the outlook for this country at this point, and if this leader's policies continue through his successor's reign, black is the future.
