"The Flood Advisory will expire at 8:15 p.m. this evening for a portion of southeast South Carolina, including the following area, Charleston. The flood situation in Downtown Charleston continues to improve. Emergency management officials report roads are beginning to open. Continue to exercise caution," states the NWS Charleston SC.
The advisory is in effect until 8:15 p.m.
