Waterspout seen in Murrells Inlet. It’s at least 3rd one to come ashore in area
A waterspout has been spotted in Murrells Inlet.
Several people along the MarshWalk posted videos of the waterspout that could be seen from several restaurants a little after 4 p.m. Thursday.
The storm that is moving along the coast in Garden City and Murrells Inlet produced the waterspout.
This is at least the fourth waterspout spotted along the Grand Strand in the last week.
The National Weather Service confirmed that two waterspouts on North Myrtle Beach shores on Sunday. It was reported that there was also another in the same area.
This storm could produce additional waterspouts, weather officials said.
