Officials revealed two men arrested after three missing girls were found at a motel off of Broad River Road trafficked the teenagers during a bond hearing Wednesday afternoon.

An official with the solicitor’s office referenced the incident report, accusing Geordi Heyward of trafficking the girls. The report also stated one of the victims named Kristopher Davis as a leader of a group involved in human trafficking, the official said during the hearing.

Both suspects asked the judge for personal recognizance bonds, where they could be released on the promise to appear in court unsecured by money. This was denied.

Heyward’s bond was set at $75,000.

Davis’ bond was set at $30,000.

Both men must have GPS monitoring devices on them if they post bond.

The solicitor’s office asked the judge to deny bond for the suspects, however the judge said she was not allowed by law to deny bond for what they are currently charged with.

Heyward, 23, is charged with 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Davis, 25, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
