Columbia police arrested a man Monday after they say he was driving around with drugs, guns and cash.
Chancellor Deshawn Montgomery, 22, was charged with trafficking cocaine and unlawful carry of a pistol, according to the Columbia Police Department. Officers stopped Montgomery for a license plate violation shortly before 10 p.m., and found cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, two pistols and $1,170 in cash in his car, officials said.
The incident happened at the 300 block of Harbison Boulevard. Additional charges are possible, officials said.
Montgomery was taken to the Lexington County Detention Center.
