Earthquake reported near SC coast

A minor earthquake was reported near Centerville, S.C., just northwest of Charleston, according to the S.C. Emergency Management Division.

According to the USGS/University of Memphis website that monitors earthquakes, the quake was magnitude 0.8 with a depth of 4.3 kilometers. It occured at 11:49 p.m. Monday night at coordinates of 32.954°N 80.158°W.
