NBC projects Texas Democratic nomination win for Johnny Garcia in competitive race
NBC News projected on Tuesday that Johnny Garcia, a spokesman for the sheriff of Bexar county in Texas, would win the Democratic nomination for a San Antonio-area congressional district seat over competitor Maureen Galindo.
