Myrtle Beach drivers warned of lane closures on one of city’s busy roads starting Sunday
Evening drivers should be prepared for traffic delays beginning next week on one of Myrtle Beach’s busy roads, the city announced Saturday.
The nighttime work will begin on Mr. Joe White Avenue at 7 p.m. Sunday, Wednesday and Aug. 20, the city of Myrtle Beach announced on its Facebook page. Lane closures will be posted, the city said.
Locations include Seaboard Street, the Santee Cooper entrance and near U.S. 17.
Drivers can expect to see Myrtle Beach Public Work crews on those days as they replace sewer line valves and air relief valves.
