The Georgetown County School District announced Sunday that classes will resume Monday following a long absence due to the effects of Hurricane Florence.
School will be on regular schedule, according to a press release from the school district.
However, those affected by flooding or anyone with transportation issues will be excused, the release states.
Horry County Schools had previously said it would give an update at noon Sunday.
