Myrtle Beach couple ‘tussle’ during argument about adultery

Police were called to a residence after a Myrtle Beach couple argued over adultery.

Police responded at 8:27 a.m. on Tuesday. A 38-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman got into an altercation after the woman came in from staying out the previous evening, according to a police report.

Angela Marshall Wilds came home and got into the shower, and Antonio Deion Wilds attempted to throw her flat iron into the shower, police said.

The couple were each charged with criminal domestic violence according to Myrtle Beach jail records. At 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, the couple remained jailed pending a bond hearing. Antonio Wilds also faces two unrelated bench warrant charges.

The couple then got into a reported “tussle” over Angela Wilds’ cellphone as Antonio Wilds tried to unlock her phone, according to a police report.

Angela Wilds broke her fingernail as Antonio Wilds tried to get her cellphone out of her hand. She then bit his back, left side in an attempt to get him to release her hand, according to a police report.

Angela Wilds left the residence and went to her landlord’s house and police were called.

Police said the couple had minor injuries, but no arrests were made. The couple have been married about eight years.
