Jeremy Wilson, 34, of Longs is accused of breaking into a home and raping a 16-year-old girl on Aug. 11, 2016.

A man from Longs is facing multiple charges after a 16-year-old girl told police he and three other suspects broke into her home and raped her.

Officers responded to the residence on Pine Needle Drive in Longs around 3 a.m. on Aug. 11 and were told by the victim’s mother that black males broke into the home, wearing masks and brandishing a firearm.

The 16-year-old was home with her younger brother and another young family member when the home invasion occurred, according to a police report.

According to arrest warrants, 34-year-old Jeremy Williams and three other suspects unlawfully entered the residence “with the intent to commit a robbery. Once inside, they brandished firearms and did unlawfully kidnap three victims,” including an 8-year-old boy, a 12-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl by holding them against their will.

Two of the suspects, including Williams, are accused of committing sexual battery on the female, according to the warrants.

One of the victims, who knew Williams, named him as a suspect and told police he did not conceal his identity during the encounter. The victim said all four of the suspects threatened to harm them and appeared to have the ability to do so.

Williams was charged with three counts of first-degree assault and battery and one count each of burglary, first-degree criminal sexual conduct, possessing a weapon during a violent crime, kidnapping and armed robbery.
