Video shows suspect with hoodie, gloves break into Dollar General
Horry County police are investigating a burglary reported at a Conway Dollar General store early Monday morning.
Police responded to an alarm at the 3220 S.C. 378 business around 4 a.m. and noticed the store’s front glass sliding door had been pried open, according to an incident report. The inside of the business was found to be in disarray and that the store’s safe had been damaged.
A store manager told police the robber managed to get away with money from the safe.
The store’s surveillance footage revealed an unknown suspect wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie, gloves and black shoes enter the store around 3:57 a.m.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
