Myrtle Beach police arrested a woman for prostitution on Saturday
Myrtle Beach police made a prostitution arrest Saturday.
About 12:55 a.m., an undercover officer was in the area of 16th Avenue South and Yaupon Drive when he noticed a women lingering in the area.
The officer pulled alongside the woman and she entered the vehicle, according to the police report.
After a brief discussion with the officer, she allegedly offered to perform a sexual act for $40.
Another officer performed a traffic stop and placed Jeannie May Morgan, 48, under arrest for prostitution.
