Driver reports damage from road rage incident with two motorcycles

Myrtle Beach police are investigating a road rage incident.

The victim reported to police that she was driving in the area of 48th Ave North and US Hwy 17 Bypass about 4 p.m. Saturday, when two motorcycles approached her.

According to the police report, the victim states that two white males on sports motorcycles allegedly began yelling, cussing and hitting her driver’s side window, and eventually, shattered her driver’s side mirror.

The victim believes the men were mad because she was trying to switch lanes.

The suspects are described as 20-30 years of age. Each had a female passenger.
