Shots were fired outside Danny’s Bar and Grill in Myrtle Beach early Thursday, and while no one was injured, two cars were riddled with bullet holes.
Horry County police were patrolling the area near Danny’s Bar and Grill at 146 April Gray Lane, near George Bishop Parkway, due to “there being many incidents there in the past on Wednesday nights,” according to a report.
About 2:20 a.m. Thursday, police saw multiple patrons running from a crowd in the parking lot then heard multiple gunshots in the area of the bar, authorities said.
One car was seen leaving the area at high speed, but no officers saw who fired the shots. The parking lot cleared out, and two victims told police their cars had been struck by bullets, the report states.

Police saw multiple bullet holes in both victims’ cars, which were parked on the sidewalk to the north of the bar.
Authorities noted no one was injured and neither police nor bar security fired any shots, police said.
Officers found 12 .40 caliber shell casings were collected at the scene and noted as evidence, authorities said.
