Loris man sought in Conway stabbing

Police are searching for a Loris man accused of stabbing a man during a fight at Murphy Express on March 11.

Conway police officers responded to the Conway Medical Center on March 12 in reference to a man with a stab wound. The victim told police he was stabbed around 10 o’clock the previous night during a fight at the 2735 Church St. gas station.

During the investigation, the suspect was identified as Lewis Treze Hickman, 21, of Loris, according to police.

Hickman has been charged with second-degree assault and battery, but remains at large.
