Shooting leads to Conway man facing attempted murder charges
A man faces attempted murder charges in connection with a Sunday shooting at the Sportsman’s Club on Bucksport Road in Conway.
Francoisc Endrique Shepard, 25, of Conway, faces two counts of attempted murder and one count of a felon in possession of a firearm after allegedly shooting two people.
Officers responding to the scene found a man suffering from a guhnshot wound, and were notified of another victim at the Horry County Fire Rescue Bucksport fire station.
Shepard was taken into custody without incident and is being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
Both victims are expected to recover from their injuries.
