Conway man wanted in connection with Calabash, N.C. Family Dollar robbery
A 21-year-old Conway man has been named as a suspect in connection with a Calabash, N.C. Family Dollar robbery, authorities said.
Zachariah Gerald Bay, 21 of Temple Street in Conway, is wanted by the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office for robbery with a dangerous weapon, Emily Flax, Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman, said.
About 12 p.m. Wednesday, a man brandished a gun and robbed the Family Dollar Store at 10215 Beach Drive in Calabash, N.C. of cash then left on foot, Flax said.
A store clerk and patron were unharmed in the incident, Flax said.
Bay is considered armed and dangerous and is believed to be somewhere in the Carolinas, possibly driving a white station wagon, authorities said.
