A 30-year-old man was arrested in connection with an October shooting at a Myrtle Beach burrito bar, according to jail records.
Verntirell Jerwon Dukes was arrested Monday and charged with attempted murder and is also facing other weapons-related charges, records show.
The shooting happened about 5:13 a.m. Oct. 8 at Farlo’s Burrito Bar at 815 Main St. in downtown Myrtle Beach.
A preliminary investigation revealed there was a disturbance at the restaurant and shortly afterward a victim was shot, Lt. Joey Crosby, Myrtle Beach police spokesman, said.
