Police searching for man who evaded arrest near Highway 50 and Highway 57 in Little River
Horry County police, along with Brunswick County deputies, are searching for a man who evaded arrest Friday.
Jarvis Alonzo Davis fled to South Carolina after Brunswick County police attempted to arrest him around 2 p.m. Friday, said Lt. Raul Denis with Horry County police.
Davis ran to a wooded area between Highways 50 and 57 in Little River and Horry County and Brunswick County deputies are still looking for him, Denis said.
Davis was last seen wearing blue and white shorts, blue and white Air Jordan sneakers and an unknown color shirt. He is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached, Denis said.
