Georgetown authorities looking for sex offenders who failed to register, police said

Georgetown County authorities are asking for the community’s help in finding four people who alleged failed to re-register as a sex offender as they are required by law to do, authorities said.

Police said they are searching for: Tyrone Gabriel Davis, 45, of Andrews, Anthony Ontron Felder, 33, of Georgetown, James Ellis Floyd, 44, of Georgetown, Lavern Smith, 61, also of Georgetown.

Anyone that has any information on the whereabouts of these individuals is urged to call the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office at 843-546-5101.

Anonymous tips can also be sent by using text-a-tip. Just dial 274637 from any text enabled cell phone, and text the word “GCSOTIP” followed by your message. This service is for crime tips only, not for the reports of crimes in progress - for crimes in progress, call 911.
