A shooting at a strip mall outside Myrtle Beach left two people injured early Sunday morning.

No arrests have been made in a shooting at a teenager’s birthday party that occurred at Waccamaw Mall in Myrtle Beach earlier this month.

Horry County Police officers responded to the shooting at 3071 Waccamaw Blvd. around midnight June 8, 2025, where they found two victims, the incident report said.

Officers found a woman inside the building with a gunshot wound to her arm. A bystander had applied a makeshift tourniquet to a victim’s left arm.

The responding officer applied his own tourniquet and applied medical care to another victim who was outside and had suffered a gunshot wound to his torso, the report said.

There have been no arrests or warrants issued related to the incident at this time. The Investigation is active and ongoing, HCPD spokesperson Mikayla Moskov said in a text.
