3 injured during shooting near Myrtle Beach, SC area strip mall
Three people were injured during a shooting in the Myrtle Beach area Sunday morning.
At about midnight on Sunday, Horry County Police responded to a shooting along Waccamaw Boulevard, according to a social media post from the agency. A photo from Horry County Police suggested the shooting occurred at Waccamaw Mall, 3071 Waccamaw Blvd.
Three people went to the hospital from injuries sustained in the shooting, two with non-life threatening wounds and one with serious injuries, Horry County Police said. Someone with a non-serious injury was not hurt from gun-fire.
It’s unclear why someone fired shots or how many people were involved. The Sun News requested the police report for more information.
