Update: Myrtle Beach Police arrest man after shooting on city’s Ocean Boulevard

A shooting on Myrtle Beach’s main tourist street sent one person to the hospital with a gunshot wound.

On Saturday at 5:42 p.m., Myrtle Beach officers went to the 1400 block of South Ocean Boulevard in reference to a shooting, according to a Myrtle Beach Police social media post. Police found one person with a non-life threatening gunshot wound and transported them to a local hospital.

Terrell Moore, 44, was arrested for the shooting. Police charged the Myrtle Beach man with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
