Myrtle Beach woman accused of giving meth to her infant, Horry County Police say

A Myrtle Beach woman was arrested for allegedly giving her child methamphetamine.

Michelle Mary Lorraine Haley, 28, allegedly took methamphetamine with her infant in March 2025, according to an Horry Police Department warrant.

Horry County Police contacted Haley in response to a child neglect investigation on April 22, 2025.

Both Haley and the child tested positive for methamphetamines and amphetamines, according to the incident report.

Police then removed the child from the residence, the report added.

Haley was arrested and jailed at J. Reuben Long Detention Center on May 20, 2025 on a charge of unlawful conduct toward a child.

Haley posted bond at $5,000 and was discharged the same day.
