Conway man arrested for showing obscene picture to teens

Conway Police arrest a man for allegedly showing an obscene picture to teens.

According to a press release from the Conway Police Department, Thomas Stoddard, 51, allegedly approached two teenage girls ages 15 and 16 at a pool in the 1700 block of Smith Jones Street on Thursday.

The victims told police that Stoddard offered them food and then showed them a picture of male genitalia on his phone.

The victims say they ran away from Stoddard after being shown the picture.

Police arrested Stoddard on Saturday and charged him with unlawful dissemination of obscene material to a person under 18.
