Pa. man arrested for exposing genitals to children

North Myrtle Beach police arrested one man Saturday after witnesses say he exposed his genitals to several children.

Tyler Dulaney Dillon, 18, of Bentelyville, P.A., was arrested for indecent exposure at Prince Resorts in North Myrtle Beach.

A female witness told police she saw Dillon jump a fence into the pool area and begin talking to children, according to the police report. Dillon then started talking to children in the hot tub, the report said.

Dillon pulled his swim shorts down and exposed his genitals to the female witness and several children in the hot tub, the report said.

Another female witness told police Dillon asked her about drugs and alcohol before exposing his genitals to her, the report said.

Dillon was arrested Saturday and remains jailed at J. Reuben Long Detention Center, according to jail records.
