Conway police looking for female suspect after armed robbery reports
Conway police are searching for a female suspect after two armed robberies occurred Friday night at different area businesses, according to Lt. Selena Small, spokeswoman with the Conway police department.
Police were first called about an armed robbery about 4:45 p.m. Friday and responded to Pet Safari at 1807 Oak St. Ext. where authorities were told a woman came in and demanded money.
Small said the suspect then fled the area in a gray Sedan.
Authorities were called again about 8:45 p.m. Friday to Bellacino’s at 1600 Main St. for another armed robbery report, Small said.
Police were given an account similar to the previous armed robbery. Authorities said they were told a female suspect came in and demanded money and left in a gray, four-door Sedan.
Anyone with any information on either of these robberies is asked to contact the Conway Police Department at 248-1790.
