Coroner rules a death as a homicide after a road rage incident. What we know so far
One person is dead after being shot during a road rage incident in Conway, according to Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard.
On Dec. 7 around 9 p.m., Quantarius Herring, 23, of Conway was shot at Ernest Finney Avenue according to the incident report. Herring died around an hour after being transported to the Conway Medical Center. Conway Police are investigating the homicide.
