Conway SC man arrested for sexually abusing minor for eight years
A Conway man was arrested by Horry County Police after allegedly assaulting a female minor for eight years.
Christopher James Adams, 40, was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 11.
Adams is accused of assaulting the victim at several Horry County residences beginning in 2015 through this year, according to a police warrant.
Police responded to a call about the assault on April 4, according to a report.
Adams was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center Tuesday and is still incarcerated Wednesday morning.
