Two men arrested after cornering a pizza delivery man in hotel

Myrtle Beach police are investigating a robbery involving a pizza delivery man.

On Saturday, about 10:30 p.m., Cruise Johnson and Alexander Robinson ordered food from Da Vinci’s Pizza. According to the police report, the order arrived at their hotel and after the delivery man left, they noticed the order was incorrect. The men told police that they called the restaurant and they refused to correct their order.

Johnson and Robinson told police that they called in another order from another room in order to lure the delivery man back to the hotel, according to the report.

When the delivery man arrived, Johnson and Robinson allegedly cornered him and demanded their money back from the previous order.

Hotel security and the delivery man’s boss both called 911.

When police arrived, they noticed the victim’s shirt appeared to have been ripped open and he had minor cuts on his hands.

Police arrested both Johnson and Robinson.
