Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect or suspects involved in several recent home break-ins, according to Emily Flax, spokesperson with the sheriff’s office.

The burglaries have occurred over the past two weeks in the areas of Malmo Loop Road, Maco Road, and Funston Road in the Winnabow/Bolivia areas of Brunswick County, N.C., Flax said.

Witnesses have reported seeing a suspicious older-model, white truck with black ladder racks and some possible damage to the front end in the area. Flax said the truck reportedly looks to be a Ford model or other American-made truck.

Anyone with any information regarding the identity of the truck or the person or persons responsible for these break-ins should contact Det. Scott Bright at 910-616-6240, or call 911, Flax said.
