Conway police search for man with dementia believed to be in danger

Conway police are looking for a missing man with dementia.

Jesse Hodges, 78, was last seen in his Conway home Sunday about 5:30 p.m., according to a Facebook post from the Conway Police Department.

Hodges was in “a confused state” when he was last seen leaving his home in a 2014 white Chevy Tahoe, police said. The car has South Carolina plates bearing tag number VT9980.

Police described Hodges as a white man with a bald head. He is 6 feet and 1 inch tall and weighs between 190 and 200 pounds, according to the Facebook post.

Hodges was last seen wearing a blue shirt and khaki pants, Conway police said.

Authorities have urged anyone with information about the whereabouts of Hodges to contact the Conway Police Department at (843)248-1790.
