Coroner identifies Conway woman killed in shooting that also involved a toddler
Tasjunique Graham, age 23, of Conway, has been identified as the woman who was killed in a shooting in Conway on Monday night, according to the Horry County Coroner’s Office.
Graham was pronounced dead on the scene from a gunshot wound, according to authorities.
A 2-year-old was also shot in the incident and police say the toddler was taken to the hospital with “life-threatening injuries.” There had been no update on the child’s condition as of Tuesday afternoon.
Conway police went to the 1600 block of Suggs Street around 7:30 p.m. for the reported shooting.
Police have not made any arrests and have not released any information on possible suspects. Anyone with information is asked to contact Conway police at 843-248-1790.
Neighbors declined to talk about the shooting with The Sun News on Tuesday, but said it happened at a white house. The house where the shooting is believed to have occurred was quiet on Tuesday morning. A few children’s toys were scattered throughout the front yard.
