Man tells police he was robbed at gunpoint in Conway, one charged in case

A Conway woman faces three felony charges in connection to a Sunday armed robbery, police say.

Conway police officers went to Boundary Street around 5 a.m. and found a victim who said he was robbed at gunpoint, according to a police report.

The victim had cuts to his face and hands, according to the report. EMS also went to the scene and the victim declined medical treatment.

Conway police arrested and charged Leanna Melinda Green, 30, with armed robbery, first-degree assault and battery and kidnapping in connection to the incident. She was booked into J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Monday. A judge has not set bail in her case.

Armed robbery and kidnapping are each punishable by up to 30 years in prison. First-degree assault and battery can be punished by up to 10 years of incarceration.
