One dead in Loris area shooting, Horry police investigating
One person died in a morning shooting in the Loris area, police say.
The shooting happened around 4 a.m. near Wright Road in the Loris area, according to Horry County police.
One victim went to the hospital where they later died, according to the agency. The Horry County Coroner’s Office has not identified the victim.
Horry County police continue to investigate and anyone with information is asked to call 843-248-1520.
