Horry County police conducting death investigation outside of Conway
A 29-year man from Latta has been identified as the person deceased as part of a death investigation by Horry County police.
Horry County Deputy Coroner Patty Bellamy said Matthew Frazier died from injuries in connection to Friday’s death investigation. Neither police nor the coroner had specified the nature of the death as of Saturday afternoon, and Bellamy said an autopsy was scheduled for Sunday.
Horry County police announced Friday they were conducting a death investigation outside of Conway. The agency tweeted that police and investigators were investigating near the 1200 block of Bucksport Road.
Bellamy noted that the death investigation is ongoing.
