Horry police investigating sexual assault of a 4-year-old
A 4-year-old reported being raped at a Conway area residence and Horry County police are investigating.
On Friday, Horry County police learned from another person that the child said she was sexually assaulted at a Highway 905 home.
A police report states the victim no longer lives at the residence and has since been moved to “another foster home.” The report also notes that the victim has not been with the suspect for a while.
Horry County police did not list any suspect information in the report, though several lines are redacted. There have been no arrests in the case. Horry County police spokeswoman Mikayla Moskov confirmed the suspect in the case is an adult.
