Toothbrushes, Rogaine and vacuums: Myrtle Beach police clean up stolen merchandise ring

Hair growth treatments, electric toothbrushes and DNA testing kits are some of the stolen items police found in a Myrtle Beach apartment.

Myrtle Beach police searched a Greens Boulevard apartment as part of an ongoing drug operation, according to a police report. Officers say they found numerous pieces of merchandise still in their box, some still with security tags.

Officers say they found more than 140 items that had an estimated value of $6,900, the report states. Police have not arrested the suspects as Thursday afternoon.

The inventory of items police found includes:

  • 52 Vivisical hair growth supplements, each with 60 tablets

  • 5 Vivisical men’s hair growth supplements, each with 60 tablets

  • 6 23 & Me Health and ancestry DNA kits
  • 5 23 & Me DNA ancestry kits
  • 7 Rogaine, 4-month supply of woman’s hair growth foam
  • 2 Vivisical hair growth elixir
  • 3 Rogaine, 3-month supply of woman’s hair growth foam
  • 10 Rogaine, 3-month supply of man’s hair growth foam

  • 1 Oral-B Pro 7000 Powered Toothbrush
  • 2 Oral-B Pro 1000 Powered Toothbrush

  • 9 Oral-B Pro 2500 Powered Toothbrush

  • 1 Oral-B Pro 5000 Powered Toothbrush

  • 2 Phillips Sonicare 4100 Powered Toothbrush

  • 2 Phillips Sonicare 5100 Powered Toothbrush

  • 3 Phillips Sonicare Powered Toothbrush replacement heads

  • 2 Oral-B Powered Toothbrush replacement heads
