2 men found raping an intoxicated woman at Myrtle Beach’s Broadway at the Beach: report

Security at Broadway at the Beach found a missing woman being raped simultaneously by two men on Sunday, according to an arrest warrant.

Myrtle Beach police charged Kenneth Ramonda Simmons, 35, and Sean Swisher, 23, each with third-degree criminal sexual conduct and public intoxication.

On Sunday, police started to investigate a sexual assault at 1206 Celebrity Circle, in Broadway at the Beach, according to a police report.

A friend of the victim notified security that a woman went missing. When security found the woman, Simmons and Swisher were having sex with her, according to the warrant. The victim was drunk and partially covered in vomit.

Simmons said he knew the victim was intoxicated, and he also gave her cocaine to use, according to the warrant.

The victim said she “blacked out” and did not remember what happened, the warrant states.

Third-degree criminal sexual conduct is punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Simmons and Swisher were transferred to the J. Reuben Long Detention Center Monday afternoon.

Officials from Broadway at the Beach could not be immediately reached for this report.
