One shot in Galivants Ferry and Horry County police are on scene
One person was shot in the Galivants Ferry area on Tuesday morning.
About 8 a.m., Horry County police officers responded to the Truluck Johnson Road area for the reported incident, agency Spokeswoman Mikayla Moskov said. Truluck Johnson Road is off Nichols Highway.
One person was injured in the incident, and police detained another person, she said.
Officers continue to investigate the shooting.
