Pedestrians struck during car crash, delays at 13th Avenue South and Kings Highway

Myrtle Beach police officers are working on a car crash involving pedestrians being struck at 13th Avenue South and South Kings Highway Friday morning, Lt. Joey Crosby said.

Emergency medical service workers are currently there assisting, and motorists should expect delays in the area while crews are on the scene.
