He ‘went crazy,’ pulled knife on grandma when they found the mess he made, cops say
A couple returning to their Myrtle Beach home from Charlotte, North Carolina, on Saturday told police their son threatened them with a knife when they confronted him for making “a mess.”
Eighteen-year-old Jack Connor Keith “went crazy,” his mother said, when they confronted him after seeing “their son had made a mess of their room and gone through their drawers,” according to a police report.
The victims told police Keith grabbed a knife from the kitchen and started swinging it, threatening to kill his parents and 80-year-old grandmother.
The grandmother told officers that Keith put the large knife to her neck, before pushing her.
Police charged Keith with three counts of first-degree assault and battery and transported him to the Myrtle Beach Jail.
