Gun pulled on man at Ocean Boulevard motel, cops say

A 37-year-old man told Myrtle Beach police a man pulled a gun on him and threatened to shoot him at a motel along North Ocean Boulevard early Sunday morning, according to a police report.

The victim and a witness told officers, just after midnight Sunday, that a man and woman passed by their motel room along the 300 block of North Ocean Boulevard, and the male suspect said hello.

The victim saw the pair going up a staircase near his backdoor. Next, he saw the suspects exchange a bag, then a gun came out, the victim told police.

The gun was pointed in the victim’s face, and the male suspect said, “I will shoot the [expletive] out of you,” according to the report.

The victim and witness told police they went back into their room and called 911, and that they saw the suspects run away from the area.

The female suspect was later detained on other charges and was arrested, police said.
