A Myrtle Beach woman was taken into custody Sunday after she was spotted snorting heroin near the meat section in the Wal-Mart on Seaboard Street, according to a police report.
Myrtle Beach police were called to the store around 5:30 p.m.
A woman told officers she saw 29-year-old Priscilla Michelle Martin pull a blue straw from her purse and put it into her nose, appearing to snort a substance, on the store’s cameras. The responding officer reviewed the footage and confirmed the woman’s story, according to the report.
Police found Martin inside the store and questioned her about the alleged drug use, but Martin denied snorting anything, the report stated.

When searching her purse, police say, they located a small blue straw with a white residue on its inside. A makeup container inside the purse held “several small plastic bags consistent with narcotics use,” the report stated.
Three of the small plastic bags contained an “off-white powder substance,” that tested positive for heroin, according to the report.
Martin was arrested and transported to the Myrtle Beach Jail.
