Animal Tales | All about Maura and Banning
Maura, left, and Banning are Italian Greyhounds. They have the same characteristics as their big cousins however they are only around 10 pounds as adults. These two little girls are sisters and they are 3 years old. They do everything together, are very loving, enjoying all the hugs and kisses I will lavish on them and they want to be with me everywhere I go. They are both loved very much and enjoy being a part of my family.
Maura and Banning are very slender and barely over a foot tall, but have all the grace and sweetness of their taller Greyhound relatives. Playful and intelligent, they are generally easy to train and prefers to spend most of their time with me. They like lots of attention and affection, and are a peaceful, gentle friend to adults and children. Italian Greyhounds are an active breed that loves to run and play and enjoys daily walks. Their keen sense of hearing makes them excellent watch dogs.
