Calabash (N.C.) VFW hosts national VFW president

VFW Calabash Post No. 7288 was honored with a visit by the National President of the Auxiliary from Sept. 6-8.

There were visits to area attractions and special dinners, capped by a filet mignon banquet that included music and dancing the evening of Sept. 8.

The well-attended event included the Mayor of Calabash and VFW Leaders at the state, district and local levels.
