Adoptions: The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach is having a “Wipe Out Our Shelter Adopt-A-Thon,” now through Sept. 10. The fees of $20 for adult cats and dogs and $50 for kittens and puppies. Donations: Quilts of Valor is in need of red, white and blue, cotton fabric to be used in making quilts that are given to veterans and service members who have been touched by war.
