Lions Club hosts district meeting

The South Strand Lions Club recently hosted the District 32C Lions Clubs Zone meeting, which was attended by local clubs throughout the area.

District Governor Randy Crooms recognized the South Strand Lions Club with the following awards: Largest Club Contribution to District 32C, Largest Per Member Contribution to District 32C and Statewide Third Place for Largest Per Member Contributions. South Strand Lions were recently recognized for Largest Net Growth in Club Membership and Distinguished Community Service and Financial Support to Help4Kids, Backpack Buddy Program.
