Shallotte Rotary honors eighth-grader

Fisnik Tosca, an eighth-grade student at Shallotte Middle School, was recently honored by the Shallotte Rotary Club as Student of the Month. Fisnik was nominated for his participation and leadership in the KEYS program, and he is working toward becoming an Eagle Scout. Fisnik was accompanied by his mother, Janet Tosca.
